Game - pathetic after sales service Zero stars. Bought a 26# Bicycle for my wife. Within one week is broke. I took it back to be repaired. While they have all the parts available in store, the technician was not able to repair the bike. He only comes to the shop every two weeks, which means we will wait one month for a new derailer to be installed.

Thank for the initial spark to communicate. It was however stated telephonically that I will be notified on Friday 13/09/2024 to collect the bicycle. I have to date not received any phone call or any communication regarding the complaint/repair.
