Game pathetic after sales

Hi I am having pathetic service from Game head office in Durban I bought a tv from them in 2017 and took out an extended warranty as well, the tv has no picture I have called for the last month now even spoken to the manager they say they are sending someone to have a look to date nothing as been done.
