GAME - PATHETIC

Ordered an item from there online store on the 7 May 2020....told it would be delivered within 7-10 working days. Still waiting.....called the call centre 4 times, everytime i waited over 45min to speak to someone and then the agent can't help me....so what are they doing in the call centre???? Asked for a manager to call me back 3 times....STILL WAITING????? Called the courier company they use Dawn Wing, they advised that they have not even received the item as yet....this is the worst experience i have heard had for an online order. There is no feedback from the company, no one can ever help and full of lies....I ordered an item from the UK and it was delivered quicker!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!! I will never order anything from this company EVER AGAIN!!
