Game passes off used items as new , so disappointing

What an extremely fd up experience!! Game does not take its customers seriously, at all. My friend bought a TV online, it was delivered to her address in Mokopane. Upon opening it, she discovered one leg of the TV damaged, Remote, *****s and manual missing. This already tells us that this is not a brand new TV, even though Game is trying to pass it off as a new tv. She logged a call, has emailed, called, was told by Amanda that she can return it to Game Mokopane. Upon arrival at GAME Mokopane, she was told that they cannot help her. Now she is being sent from pillar to post, when all she wanted was a brand New WORKING tv. This just tells us that she was sold a tv either on display and it was repackaged, or who knows, it could have even come from their service & repair centre. This is beyond disappointing, after their messup, she must now runaround, order number: ***/ fault ***. Its a week now, no one wants to help which is absolute bs!!
