Game Partial Refund?! Horrible service continues

I have been emailing,no reply. Phoned, yet no answer. Chatted live now i see they have deactivated there online chat services. The struggle continues with Game with getting my money back. It has been over a month and somehow they decided to partially refund me. Now i would like to know why?! But i feel am dealing with an *********** company that has no idea what customer service entails. The service is horrible and I would really just like to settle the matter and not deal with Game anymore.
