GAME PAROW CENTRE WITH THE BAD SERVICE

I bough a Sinotech 39inch LED TV from Game in Parow Centre. The TV started giving me problems and i took it in to them. It was then booked in for repairs on the 30/06/2022 and collected the TV after almost 2 months on the 06/08/2022, after receiving the collection sms on the 05/08/2022. The repaired TV worked only for a week and i took it back to Game Parow Centre on the 20/08/2022. After not receiving any feedback i phoned for an update 4 times. Twice on the day they had stock take and twice on the 3/10/2022. All 4 times leaving messages with Beverley and asked to be contacted back giving my mobile and office number. After not receiving any feedback i went to the store myself and spoke to "Nadine" who told me that her day was so hectic and that she did not get a chance to phone me. She explained that her manager will collect my tv personally as he took it in for repairs and that she will phone me today once he has returned. This was suppose to be first thing this morning. After not receiving any feedback i again drove to the store only to be told by another lady who witnessed the conversation of Nadine and me that the tv is still not at the store. She took my repair docket and phoned her manager. She left with the docket and Nadine spoke to me via their service desk phone. She apologized for not getting back to me however the tv is still not available and she does not know what to say to me at this point. I asked for the repair docket after expressing my unhappiness with the service that i received this far and she was unaware that her colleague took it in the first place. Another lady with the name of Noma Kofumani brought the repair docket and informed me that Nadine asked her to give it to me.

Customer service and experience is non existent to say the least. A TV that cost R2999.00 is now not being enjoyed and the extra cost of phone calls and petrol is being added to my responsibility as well with the stress of dealing with this kind of service level.
