Game Parow Centre bad after sale care

I eventually found my bike at your store in Parow and I got it in a box. It took me 4 hours to assemble it but a few 100 things is still not right. Why is no one coming back to for assistance plse . No one seems to want to help and now otherwise I must tape the box shut around and go and ask my money back but how sad would that be as I looked so long for this color!
