Game Paarl & Tevo providing BAD service

Bought a UPS at Game Paarl and the product became faulty. So I returned the product in June 2024 and waited my 21 days for the repair to be finalised. Got back to Game Paarl on 13 July 2024 and they gave me a Demo UPS.

This I queried and immediately gave the Demo back and asked for a proper finalised product - not a Demo UPS. They promised that they will have the replacement/accurate product on Monday, 15 July 2024.

I granted them extaa time and visited on Wednesday, 17 July 2024 for collection. Only to find out that they decided to repair the Demo and now I need to wait for another 21 days.

THIS IS THE MOST REDICULOUS SERVICE AND I NEED TO GET THIS ACCURATE PRODUCT IN ORDER TO WORK FROM HOME.
