Game Paarl shocking services

Good day I went into Game Paarl yesterday, and bought a fridge/freezer cash. I explained to the salesman that I need my fridge today, it is 38 degrees in Wellington and not good to sit without a fridge. I called at 12h30 today to confirm delivery and all they could say is they did book the delivery. and will contact me to confirm if the driver confirmed pick up. It is already 15h00 and I have not heard anything from them. Next thing I know it will be 18h00 and then the store will be closed. I have my reasons for wanting my fridge today. I am collecting my money tomorrow morning as they promised me delivery and now they went quiet.

Please contact them I want my money back.
