I bought a 6 bar heater and in the third week, the heater plug got hot and it burned. I went to the store and I was told that the plug is not on guarantee.

Later on I was told that the store is supposed to refund me or exchange the product.

Now they need to take it for investigation be **** a refund or exchange.

What s horrible experience
