GAME PAARL &B RALEIGH BAD SERVICE

On the 6 December 2025 I bought my niece a Raleigh bicycle. The bike was a Christmas Gift after giving it to her on Christmas she ride on the bike a few times and the chain of the bike came off./ After taking the bike to game they said I must come back on 3 January 2026 when the offices of Raleigh is open to book in the bicyle. I booked the bike in and they called me to inform me that the bicyle was ready. After collecting the bike my niece drove the bike not even for 2 hours abd the bikes chain fell off again. I went back to game the next day and they said I must book the bike in and cannot get a refund. Game called me on 18 Feb 2026 to inform me the bike is ready for collection and it was repaired. When I collect the bike I test it and the chain fell off again even thou it is the 3rd time they still dont want to give me a refund. Game Paarl called their stuff who work with bikes and they put the chain onn after I received the bike and test it again the chain fell off. My niece was so excited for her bike but now the bike is more in for repairs . i am dissapointed in the bad service of Game . I will never buy any thing from Game again or even a raleigh product.
