GAME..... OVER

I am shaking writing this review, I have had it with Game. I paid for a washing machine and deep freezer last week Wednesday and up and until now we have not received either item! Head office is just mute on the issue when we call. The last time I tried to call I ended up putting the phone down in the guys ear because he was more condescending than anything else. We put our baby in cloth nappy and imported nappies from the UK and we have been unable to wash these nappies since Sunday (we had to drive 50km to my brother to use his washing machine). We just moved into a new house and we can't buy food without a deep freezer. We left my brothers house with nothing and started fresh with appliances and while we thought we were saving at Game we have spent more money in petrol and takeaways because of this!!!! We will never buy from Game again, in fact, we feel like we are dealing with a fly by night company who does not know what they are doing! And finally when we get someone to get the washing machine to us who is sending it almost 6pm at night we must be grateful like his done us a favour!!!! When we should be getting our baby ready for bed!
