GAME OUT OF STOCK WITH PROMO ARTICLE

I want to buy a Ryobi chainsaw at Game but they do not have stock in the whole country? The item is on promo. Will i get a raincheck for this product. Game blames the supplier because there is no stock. How do you advertise it on promo if there is no stock? Article nr 773926.
