Game out of stock

Bought a convention oven on the 2 December 2015 . But due to a defect took it back to Game , Parow Mall . Was told I could collect another one from the floor. Couldnt find one and was told they are out of stock . This was on the 4 December 2015. The sales lady phoned Game N1 City , also no stock. The convention oven was on special for R455 , so I received a callback voucher and was told they will notify me via sms once stock arrived. Waited a few days and phoned Game again. Was told still no stock !!!! So waited a few days and phoned again and was told again NO STOCK. Waited again and today it is 2 weeks later and the date today is the 18 December 2015 and still have not heard a single word . If I do not receive my convention oven soon , I will cash out my call back voucher and take my business somewhere else. I will encourage my friends and family to do the same . Pathetic service all I can say !!!!
