Game or AEG poor service

I have been having problems with my AEG stove for the past 2 years. And it just doesn't get resolved and fixed or refunded with a new one. I am so tired of phoning, emailing and going in. I don't know what to do anymore. I don't know if Game is the problem or AEG?
