Game Online's poor service
Absolutely pathetic service!!!!! My order was placed online on 9 June 2020. After I received my "dispatch" email on Wednesday 17 June 2020. I received a call almost a week later to inform me that they don't have any stock. HOW????? I was informed that my parcel is on its way, then a call, to say not anymore.
What happened to the 7-10 delivery they claim to have.
I spoke to 2 different customer care consultants, I still don't know when I will receive my order. I've sent an email twice to *** za, once to a consultant's private address & once to ***. STILL NO FEEDBACK.
I've phoned once & spoke to an Alex, second time to be on the phone for 20min, while giving my order number, i was cut off.
This order was meant to be a birthday gift for my child, as this is an expensive gift, I couldn't just buy a new one. How do I explain to my child that there won't be any gift.
9 July will be a month since I've placed my order - STILL NO CLUE WHAT'S GOING ON!!!!!!!

I was contacted yesterday and informed that my order will arrive no later than 9 July 2020. Why a report to Hello Peter before I receive feedback?? A PITY THIS WILL BE EXACTLY 1 MONTH AFTER MY ORDER WAS PLACED.
As mentioned to customer care, I really think some kind of compensation will be in order as this situation is the worst I've ever experience and the fact that my child had no proper gift for their birthday. One big frustration this was, the amount of time and effort that went into it is absolutely ridiculous and exhausting.
