GAME ONLINE: WORST SERVICE EVER...

Bought a few items online on the 21 January and Delivery date on the game app showed 29th Jan. 24 Jan got an Sms to say package will be delivered on the day. 5pm we phones the courier service who promised that the package will be delivered before 6:30pm. 9Pm I gave up waiting for them. I phoned Game the next day to change addresses as they promised to deliver in 2 days. On the 1st February the courier company phoned me for delivery, at the wrong adres. The driver then being ****y, telling me to be patient and the package will be delivered at the right adres. I told him to take the package back and that I don't want it anymore. The next day Game phone me to apologize and that they wil deliver in 2 days. Or should I cancel, the package must first be returned to the shop before I can be refunded. I canceled and confirmed with N1 that they have receive the package, but still I haven't been refunded yet. So if I could be of any advice.... DONT MAKE USE OF GAME ONLINE SERVICE.

And may I add... I then placed my order on take alot, the early hours of 2nd Feb. My package was delivered on Saturday morning the 4th before 8am and the same products I saved over R200.
