Game Online, worst online shop in SA!

Worst service from Game Online (Mass Discounters). Ordered and paid for a product on 12 July...days after, I received a message that the product has been dispatched, which obviously wasn't the case. 15 Business Days after I ordered, still no product. When I asked for a refund 3 agents gave me different days it takes to get a refund. One said 3-5 business days, other said 10 days, another 14 days, etc etc. Useless Customer service from Game...you have lost a client for life. I will NEVER, NEVER purchase from you ever again. You import most products cheap from China anyway, and after China you are now second on my list of places / companies I will never support again.
