Game Online worst experience

I placed an online order at game over 2 months ago and still have not received my goods which was suppose to be delivered within 10 working days. I have paid for the goods with nothing received, called customer service numerous times, this is my second review and still nothing!!!

This is the worst service I have ever experienced and will definetly never shop at game again! Will I ever receive my order?? Taking my money without delivering is theft!!
