Game online worse shopping ever

Bought grass trimmer machine 27 December 2021 with game online shopping today is on the 14th of January 2022 the item has not been delivered. I made plenty calls with their agents but is like a drop in the ocean, they pick up promising to come back you and never.

It is the first worse experience ever had with online shopping. I am still waiting for my item to be delivered....
