Game online what a waste of time

Do yourself a favor never use game online service. I bought a gas braai from them and received it quickly.

But upon unpacking the item i found that the item was damaged and full of oil, this isn't acceptable , because i bought a new item not a floor model, so i did what any normal person would do, i logged a return ticket.. the same day i received it and to my surprise no one contacted me at all, i have to keep on phoning them and listen to outright lies and empty promises, its been 7 days of no stop phoning and fighting with consultants and managers it no luck what so ever the only response i got from them is we are looking into the issue.. o and you have to be happy with a floor model. even though i bought a new one.. Stuff that i want an unused and undamaged item..

Game ..if you don't send me the new item as promised with into 2 day. know that i will hand the matter over to SA consumers protection office, my lawyer and Massdiscounters head office management.
