Game Online waiting on order since June!

I have yet to receive further feedback on our order placed on the 25th of June 2020!

It has now been almost a month! Even under the current circumstances, this is completely unacceptable. This has now reached the point where I am forced to take further steps ie Facebook, Google, HelloPeter complaints as well as CGSO & CPA.

Please provide an update or at least courier details? Can we not collect? Or otherwise refund.... Just not another experiencing delays email please!
