GAME - Online Umhlanga

Good day,

I bought a KIC fridge from Game online (Umhlanga). When this fridge arrived it was full of dents and it made very strange noises. This was reported and photos emailed. Please note that this is a brand new fridge. They are now wanting to collect this fridge and send for repairs. My argument is that this is a new fridge why can it not be replaced with a new one and take this one back and do with it whatever you want. NO there policy does not work like that. My problem is now i will be sitting without a fridge but do they care where i am now going to put my things. NO they dont. I will never buy from Game again. You lack customer services 100%.
