Game online terrible service

I ordered a package from Game online on the 26th November 2018. I have never had such bad service in my entire life. I have still not received the order. I have been following up everyday with these *********** people and still nothing when I was promised I will receive my package on the 13th December. Today I called to cancel the order because now my package has been sent back. bearing in mind I never even received it. I am extremely horrified with the service from Game.
