Game online - takes customers money without exchange of goods

It’s a crime taking someone’s money and not delivering the goods - that is theft! This is exactly what Game online is all about!

They take customers money and inform you that the goods will be delivered within 7 working days, but it’s all a LIE! A TV was paid for on the 11th April 2022 and to date we have not received the TV. When contacting Game online, we’re given the runaround and excuses about stock not being available! Yet Game advertises the availability of stock online. They said they’ll get back to us but zero feedback thus far!

False advertising + lies + taking money without the exchange of goods + pathetic service = GAME ONLINE!
