The online store is easy to navigate and purchase - the trouble come when its time for delivery - you are not given an option to track your order. The only way to track your order is by contacting the customer contact center via email which the response is fast but delivery dololo. When calling their contact center they send you from pillar to post just to find your own delivery items.
