GAME ONLINE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there was an option for 0 stars I would choose that. Pleased and paid for an online order on 14 December with the promise that I would have my order by Christmas and the items was on special hence the reason why I did order it. Tried to get hold of customer center for 4 days, I send e-mail, I left a call me back on the whatsapp chatbot but no one responded.

Eventually got hold of someone in customer services on 21 December where he promised to give me an update as he could not get hold of the warehouse. And promised me delivery by Friday.

Open my e-mail now on 22 December to see my order was cancelled without a phone call or me requesting it.

On the line with call center now just for them to tell me that there is no stock. Why would the website allow me to order and Pay for something when it is out of stock..... Why did no none call to tell me that my order will be cancelled. BAD BAD customer service they even have my phone number so there is no reason not to call.

NOW I will have to pay more and drive around looking for this item as it is a Christmas gift for my kids and imagine me having to tell them sorry no gift this year because GAME could not deliver on their promise.

I will never ever order from Game again. ONLINE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
