Game online stores not delivering items bough on 27 nov 2020

So I bought a sleeper couch and a tv stand on the 27th of Nov 2020 at Game stores online and till this day i have received neither the goods nor my refund that i have been requesting for the past month. everytime i call their call centre, a new agent gets to handle my case all the time. all of them promise to speak to the manager of the store where my goods were dispatched from and non of the them ever come back to me as promise. same applies on the emails. Please anyone advise what i can do in this situation.
