GAME online stores

I ordered a petrol lawnmower on the 4th October online from GAME. Delivery was promised between 5-7 working days. I received confirmation via email on the 5th October 2021 that my item was dispatched to the courier company. To-date I have not received my order. The courier company's waybill does not exist And Game can't find my order. Game keeps promising to call me back with a solution but no one calls me back. This has been going on since the 5th October already and I have had no help from GAME. I still don't have my item, This was paid for in cash, not even on credit. This is poor service from such a big company.
