GAME ONLINE STORES
Game Online Sales is a ****. I placed an order on 10 July. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT OR REFUND. I have also received a confirmation mail on the 13th of July stating that : *Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and its making its way to you.* As they indicated that the item is on its way I bought more stuff related to the item.
I have mailed a few times but get a generic mail telling me they have stock problems. The same item is still available on the online website with no indication of them having any issues. They happy to take your money but you then need to fight to get your goods
My last my I send is not being responded to and I am ignore from customers service .
I do not want a refund as I have already bought stuff related to the item. Game is a disgrace
