GAME Online Store, Unprofessional and Utter *******!!! STAY AWAY!!

I purchased a chest freezer online from GAME, the delivery took about 2 weeks or more, i was constantly calling. To make matters even worste eventually when the freezer arrived, it was not working, it was not getting cold at all, I have now lost most of my meats and stuff because of the horrible service and negligence from GAME STORE. as i write this i am still sitting with this broken freezer, how is one suppose to live knowing that we have retail stores who do not value us, yet we pay for the service!!! So Disappointing True!!!!
