Game online store should close their doors

I ordered a tv online from Game on the 4th of August 2022. They let me know it would arrive within 7 working days. I called them every day some days even twice to find out where my tv was & when it was coming. It’s 22 August 2022 today, still when I call they cannot tell me where it is & like all of the previous calls they promise to get back to me and never do. Pathetic service. They should close their online store!
