Game Online Store Ridiculous!

I recently made a purchase at Game online stores and it was a nightmare, a situation I wouldn't want anyone to go through. I waited for about two weeks and when I called in they told me the address was incorrect. I gave them correct address, and later to find out that one of the items was not in stock and cancelled but no one communicated that to me. To get a refund for that item it took the whole month. I decided to cancel the order, but guess what from the end of April till the first week of June I haven't received a full refund. Their online store is a total **** and actually made me not want to touch them again, and to whoever wants to use their online service good luck! As am I writing this review I still haven't received my refund!
