Game online store is the WORST online store. DO NOT ENGAGE!!!! #WARNED

I ordered a PS5 with accessories, from their online store and when the 19th of November came along, I did not get any of the accessories.

I the emailed them and then I get response that the supplier did not have stock and they they will expedite... two weeks later ... no formal communication to me and I hve had to spend over 500 bucks in airtime just following on the status of the order.

They tell me what I need to hear and move one with lies like “ my parcel is dispatched on Tuesday and then when I call two days later for a tracking number they mention that it was only dispatched today... and when I question the discrepancies they then pretend like they lent to day Tuesday.

I’m not a child ... as a customer I expected better treatment and i am being treated like a child. I asked to speak to a manager named “Tebogo” and based on all our conversations it would appear that he told me lies day after day. Every time I tried to verify his statements... the results were negative. For example he promised to send communicate to the email department to send me my tracking number on Tuesday, and up-to today still No communication from Anyone!!

I DO MOT RECOMMEND ORE-ORDER or GAME ONLINE STORES... order placed 19 September and today is the 3rd of December and the order is still not completed. I can’t even get refund because of the policy.

Sales reps lie through their teeth and put you on hold for periods ranging from 5-25mins.

I hate poor service and this is poor !!! I’ve never had a negative review on this site but I feel like they deserve it.
