GAME ONLINE STORE FAILURE TO DELIVER

The Worst experience ever from Game store online, i order a chest freezer on the 16th of July. They haven't delivered and when i called in on the 28th July, i was told my item hasn't been despatched yet because there's no stock, if i opt for a refund i must wait 14days, meanwhile my freezer is broken and i keep buying food on daily basis while waiting for Game to deliver. Am very disappointed from the Bad service i got from GAME ONLINE STORE.
