Game online store delivered wrong item, what an inconvenience

I ordered 3 items at Game online on the 30th of June, order number ***. A printer and a kettle were delivered on the 1st of July, but the Hisense 32inch smart TV wasn’t delivered and I received an sms today the 4th that the item is on the way. I wasn’t home to sign for the delivery and now when I get home, they delivered another printer instead. I called them as it shows online that the TV was delivered and Yusrah told me that the Online department will be in contact with me within 24 - 48hrs as to what will happen. The order was supposed to take 2-5 working days and I still need to wait 2 more days to get feedback from them. This is such an inconvenience
