Game Online Store

I ordered an Acer Laptop online, and after using it for nearly a year the battery did not load. I contacted Game and they told me to take it to Game's nearest store to be sent off to their technicians. They contacted me and told me in January to inform me that I needed to collect a new laptop as it was a fabric mistake.
