Game online store

On the 18th of December 2021 I purchased a laptop online. On the 21st I received it and after turning it on, it turned off and it wouldn't charge or turn on again. On the 22nd I contacted Game online store and was told that someone would come and fetch it and I would be reimbursed after that I've been struggling every week calling and sending multiple emails, where I get the same answer each time " We will call you back" it's been exactly a month of someone "calling me back" and quite frankly I'm sick of this nonsense.
