Game online store

I ordered an essential on the 28th April with the knowledge that it is 7 days delivery as advertised. On the fourth day of my order I called them just to do a follow up as I have not received any communication from Game. I was assure that my order is still within their terms. Seven days passed and still no delivery. Calling their customer care is madness, one will be on the line for over 20 minutes before getting a response and the response thereof is not satisfying as the agents do not have enough knowledge about the orders placed. Today I called again and I have been told I should wait and my order will come sometime next week. No tracking number nothing and they cannot confirm the date. Game online stores is such a disappointment.
