Game online Sh#$t service!

Game stores web store. Worst experience EVER! Ordered Kids Bicycle 24/11/2021, for birthday on 16/12/2021. I had to buy different model from Makro to be able to meet the deadline! Until today, NO feedback from Game! I lodged a ticket on the on-line web support, but, even that did not work! Numerous phone calls to Game, ended with no resolve! Either not answering, or you get directed to the wrong department. No-one knows ANYTHING! Can't give you proper feedback! I have never experienced this kind of BAD service from any other on-line store! Just totally *********** bunch! I asked for a refund, and even that has fallen onto death ears! One e-mail sent to ask, "have you received the item?" my e-mail stated, I have not and therefor requesting a refund! I will NOT make use of Game for any of my buying, not even inside a Game store! They are useless!
