Game online shopping,Mokopane

I bought few items at Game online shopping,Mokopane,on the 18/09/2025 then after checkout it said transaction wasn’t successful and they will refund me after 2 days if my bank account was debited,which it did and on the 23/09/2025 I send a query to ask when I will get refunded and they asked me to send bank statement,which I did,then I was told to wait for 5 days to get refunded,every days I enquire about the progress of my refunded but it seems like I will not get refunded because I don’t understand why it should take this much time to be refunded my money,mind you I went in to the store to buy the items the same day with a believe I will get refunded in 2 days it’s been more than that and my R4697 is not refunded.I am frustrated and angry.
