Game online shopping sucks
I placed an online order on 30 Oct. 2 items. 1 item was delivered in the 3-5 days guaranteed delivery window. (Note: delivery is not free... I paid extra for it)
It is 18 days later and the 2nd item is still not delivered. I have to call the web support team and email them every day.
A different excuse every day. I have requested a refund to the credit card I paid with. Still waiting.... Will NEVER buy from game online again.
