Game Online Shopping - NO delivery, NO service

I ordered a small vacume cleaner 30 Dec 2021 on line. Paid in full. Received an email 31/12 advising my order has been dispatched from the warehouse. Fantastic! Next email 5/01 confirms delivery was made. NOT SO!!!! I have called the call centre numerous times, been promised a call back to no avail. I have emailed Game for feedback - no response. I have spent more on telephone calls than the delivery charge! How do I get somebody to resolve my problem? It's been 3 weeks... At this rate I will never order anything from Game or even shop at their stores going forward. There is no excuse that Game can use to justify their pathetic service thus far.
