Game online shopping is trash

The worst service i have ever experienced shopping online. I made 2 orders in the past month and none of them have been fully delivered, with zero communication and the worst customer service ever. The special part about it is that these items were meant to be essential during lockdown...what a joke. No feedback or Refund of my money
