Game online shopping is a terrible experience

The online shopping experience at Game is pathetic. I’ve ordered a few times online and each time there’s an issue with delivery whereby the courier fails to deliver due to incomplete details provided by Game and I have to keep following up to try and get my order. The call centre and online chat were very unhelpful and made a lot of false promises to help which never materialised. I do not recommend shopping online with Game, there are many other retailers you can use with better service
