Game online shopping is a big NO NO NO NO

I order items Game stores via their online shop yesterday afternoon. Order was placed, I received confirmation and even delivery date. Waking up this morning I checked the order again and found that it is marked "complete" and "cancelled". With no response from their email as well as waiting 60min+ for the online chat help, I decided to write this. How can Game just cancel the order (which I paid for), with no response on why they cancelled the order. AVOID online shopping with Game or shop at you own peril. I will now probably have to fight to get my money refunded also!
