Game Online Shopping Delivery is Useless

Game online shopping is terrible, I made a purchase on the 24th August 2019 with the order number ***4 which was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days.

I got the message same day that the item is being dispatched on the Aug 24, 2019 4:31 PM but even today it has not being delivered. I called this number ***yesterday and I spoke to Alex who promised to investigate and call me back but he didn't, I called again today and I spoke to Samisa and same story as Alex.

I just want my money back so that I can get it from Take a lot or Loot.
