GAME - Online shopping bad experience

I purchased product on 1 September and on 3 September they delivered the wrong product. Driver said they can fix it the next day, only to be told by customer service that it would take 48hrs from Monday 6th for them to 1st organize new driver to come get the wrong product before I could get mine. So they will still need another driver to dispatch the correct product.
