Game online shopping

What bad customer service from Games. I purchased a washing machine from games online. The site showed in stock at the gateway branch. I did the payment from my credit card on the 29th April. To date I have not received my order. I made numerous calls to game gateway and to their warehouse in pinetown. Always the same excuse of no stock. I then spoke to a lady at the warehouse and she confirmed that there is stock 49 in the warehouse, I called game gateway soon after and spoke to one of the managers letting her know that there is stock. The manager calls me back 5min later to tell me that all the stock has been distributed to other stores but not their gateway branch . They have clowns working for Game stores. They asked if I wanted a refund, excluding the interest on my card. Worst service I ever had to deal with. Its people like this that brings the country down
