GAME ONLINE SHOPPING A NIGHTMARE!!!

I placed an order for 2 items, but only one of the items arrived. I then called GAME and complained that I only received half of my online order, to which they assured me that the balance will be delivered soon. Then the other half of my order arrived a few days later. It was meant to be Nice and Easy Hair Colour but I received 2 x USN bottles. Impossible to get my order exchanged. Emails to them are just being ignored and call centre is useless. WARNING*** DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GAME ONLINE.
